Bad service - ABSA vehicle finance

It's now 3 years plus that I joined ABSA again and I have multiple times ask for my vehicle finance debit to change as they can see my money only reflects the next day as it needs to clear from FNB to ABSA but they keep running the debit on the date as per my payslip. I spoke to everyone and they just don't care. My credit score is being effected I am at a point to cancel the debit but that will also affect me. Is there any advise or anyone that can help. How do you can in contact with the right people as a consultant cannot help and still say after the call any miss debits they will have to report of cause there will be miss debits ever month till the money reflects in my account.
