bad service Absa SAM NTULI BRANCH

on the 6/8/2022 my granny went to Absa Sam ntuli to submit a case number after she was advised by the Germiston Absa branch to submit it there. what a service she got from Tshidi Magadinyana who instead of helping, she was vey rude and send her away and back to Germiston branch. instead of helping the old lady she said she don't understand what to do with the case number or piece of paper, no effort of calling the branch to ask what to do with the case or even open her system to see what is required from the client profile. she told the old lady to submit that to Germiston because she cant assist. She was very and unhelpful and ask myself how would i know how to assist a client if don't open the system to see , because she didnt open the system

this was not the 1st old client she treated unfair , unhelpful and rude , an old man complained and went home after she told him to go outside, the old man wanted to be assisted with deposit and didn't know how to use the ATM, she send the old man to the amt not even with the security to assist , just rudely said we don't do deposit here go the atm and shouted next. i was just puzzled by this treatment because i usually see consultant from FNB or Capitec at the amt assisting client , why didn't she do the same?

she is very rude, unhelpful and don't care if clients are assisted or not. she should not be placed in this arrears , because this branches are close to location , easy to get too and old client walk to get help but only to returned or send to Far branches like Germiston that requires fair or money to get too. her rude behave is unacceptable especial with a bank like Absa . i would never ever join Absa if this the treatment they are giving their clients of years worse orderly.

she is just there to get salary i can contest to that.

please can we a get people that are willing to help and put effort or maybe try to assist , not TSHIDI please Absa.
