Bad Service ABSA Private Bank

I am a so called private bank customer but I have had it now and if this matter is not sorted out today I will move to another bank. This is now the 5th week in a row that my wonderful WORLD Mastercard creditcard has been stopped.<br> <br> Every time I make a strange payment like buying tickets for the world cup my creditcard gets stopped by ABSA *****. They just send a sms saying that if I think it is ***** I must contact them. Then the next day there is a stop on my card. Do you want me to use my card? I thought you want me to use it because then you can earn fees and I can earn rewards. Soon I am going to travel to Europe. Are you also going to stop it every time I use it there?<br> <br> The next issue is my fica. Every week it is first Absa ***** and then immediately I am being told that my fica is not sorted. Then I phone into ABSA Private bank Menlyn square and first Maria Luus would have sorted it out. Then my card started working again. Then the same thing happened. Then Keletso helped me. And I could use my card again. Now suddenly since two days ago my card stopped working again. It is happening every week. How many times do I have to send through my fica documents?
