Bad service, ABSA Idirect car insurance

I am insured with ABSA Idirect car insurance, my car was involved in an accident in Feb 2018. The damages involved the right side back fender and body, the back wheel and the rim, the braking system got damaged and the immobilizer is not locking the car. I have informed the insurer since March, to date, they refuse to repair the brakes ad the immobilizer, claiming that the damages are not accident related.

The car was in perfect working condition before the accident, the immobilizer was working, the brakes were fine. I had it serviced in Nov and Dec 2017 and have submitted the proof from the Bosch workshop to them, there was no problem with my brakes and the immobilizer, but the insurer only focused on repairing the body of the car and ignored the internal damages that happened possibly during the impact of the accident. The car was not taken for a roadworthy test, to test if it is road worthy , let alone the wheel alignment after the body repairs and the wheel was repaired. We discovered that the brakes were bad and crackling after we were forced to fetch the car by the panel beater workshop people. This is the worse service I have ever received from an insurer, I do not wish to refer anyone to this people.
