Bad service absa bank Shelly beach

Absa bank in Shelly Beach I went to the bank monday The 10th of march. There were about 6 people waiting (seated) for the queries consultants. There were 3 of them. Wth a client sitting in front of them. By the time i got to be helped i had waited 2 hours. 2 full hours to see a consultant about a query On my account. I was steaming by the time it got to me. This is totally unaccptable. Ive had my account with absa for close on 40 years I dont think im going to have it for much longer Totally very bad client service. There should be lots more consultants Mr manager open your eyes
