Bad service Absa

I have submitted fica 4 times to this branch. Stranded in Potch. Tried to draw money for petrol to get home. Machine says fica problem and my account is frozen. Called call centre. They have a no care attitude. Get told to visit the branch with fica. How must i do this if im stuck in Potch. No managers available to help me. Highly disgusted. Will definitely be clising my account.
