Bad Service

Dear Helo Peter, In August I app**** for Debt review which was approved. I do not understand why ABSA keeps on Debiting my bank account as they are getting paid via my debt review company. On the 4th of September, they debited my account but reversed the amount on the same day. They debited my account again in October, I called and requested for a refund on the 25th of October but I am still not refunded. The amount is still not in my account, and I am struggling to pay my policies because of ABSA. I do not understand why they can't refund me early like they did in September. I am going hungry with my family even struggling to go to work because of ABSA mistake. My Debt review company did deduct and make a payment to ABSA. I do call them daily because of the frustration I am going through. Their consultants keep on telling me that the refund has been loaded and approved but nothing comes into bank account. A few of my policies have lapsed because of ABSA mistakes.
