Bad service

I am very disappointed with absa not wanting refund me on the loan that was handed over to lawyers , I was given a settlement letters with a discount of 60% and my bank made a mistake of paying the outstanding balance as it appears on bureau . Now they don’t want to reimburse me the difference, they want the bank to liaise with them , on what grounds ? I am the customer and I have been the one directly communicating with Absa , where the money comes from to settle the debt is none of ABSA’s business. They should be happy I managed to pay 💰 some money . I want my money back please don’t play hide and seek with me , I will take the matter to ombudsman
