BAD SERVICE

Rain debited me twice for payments. I phone in trying to get assistance to reverse once of the transactions after 20mins on hold, just to find out they cannot assist me, I need to contact RAIN.. And RAIN isn't assisting me either..

So what must I do to get my money back, I need the fund for other debit orders to go off....
