Bad service
My name is Lebogang Serache Id no.***. I have absa vehicle finance, I have added a value added service of scratch and dents policy. For past few days been calling because I wanted to make a claim, they told me it was not possible because my application in still on pending status. But money was deducted twice for the policy. Am not happy, kindly assist
