Bad service

Someone made a purchase on my account ,I called the ***** department immediately to block the card ,I was told I would be refunded in 2 days and will not be charged for a new card ,I was charged R70 for a new card ,I’m still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later ,submitted an affidavit and case number ,ABSA does not respect customers .
