Bad service

On the 24th I transferred funds into my Absa current account however the available balance was R0.00, I wrote an email to Absa asking if they could assist however no one rep**** my email then on the 25th I went to the branch, the consultants were also as confused as I was they tried calling the head office and they kept transferring me to different departments. I stayed on line for about 2 hours and they still couldn't assist me. I'm stranded now with no hope of retrieving my money and Absa seems not care.
