Bad service ******

I am disappointed in their service and fed up.l requested settlement value of my car on the 18march then I paid on the 21st March .i requested updated statement,settlement letter they ignored my emails about 10days .Then on the 30th they sent me a settlement value and on the 31st they sent different amount (increase amount)on a statement. Im sure monday it will be R30000 ******.They don't care about you ,only want money .I will never recommend absa to anyone I hate their service in all these years I was with them it's frustration everyday.you rather take a loan in a bank and buy a car than go with Absa.They won't give me a paid up letter aba once i pay their money cause they do not respond to emails
