Bad service

The private banking service that doesn't exit. I have sent email to the private banker that was allocated to me only to be told that she is no longer my private banker, no one bothered to tell me this. Then I didn't have a private banker for few months. In December someone introduced themselves that they are the new private banker only for the email to return undelivered when I need assistance, wow. I rep**** on the email they have sent to me so there is no typo on the email address.
