Bad service

Money has been dissapearing from my account without a trace. I have beeeeeen calling Absa for four days in a row with no hope of a solution. All the turn around times i have been advised of have lapsed and still no feedback, no communication, nothing. Im a extremely dissatisfied with the bank I am entrsuting my livelihood to. I am changing banks.
