Bad service

I app**** for a Absa credit card on 23 March 2021 and received an sms that the card was provisionally approved. I was asked to send documents which I emailed the same day. To date I received no response from Absa. I phoned them thrice and was given different stories. I phoned them again on 15 April and was told the verification was done and the turn around time is 48 hours. So here I am again waiting on Absa again. The worst service I ever received from an FSP.
