Bad Service

I went to the centurion lifestyle to close my cheq account due to the fact that someone in your establishment decided to upgrade it from a R109 charge account to a R200 without my authority way back. I then opened another cheq account online that costs less and switched all my debit orders. The consultant at the branch told me I couldn't close the account as I needed to pay in an amount of R200 that was still owing and the R150 of that amount was a result of your personal loan department debiting both my cheq accounts with their instalment twice on different dates. debit order on the 1st of Jul debit order went through successfully on account number ending 5565, debit order 10th Jul bounced on account number 4417 for obvious reasons. Can I please have this mess sorted out and this account closed before the end of the month because I do not want be billed another R200 account charge for an account I'm no longer using all because of Absa incompetence. If you are unable to assist also advise so that I can change to another bank because its kinda exhausting with the bad service that I constantly experience with having to wait years at the branch to be assisted, ATM's not taking deposits because the software was messed up and every other nonsense under the sun.
