Bad service

I had a Absa credit card through woolworths financial service back in 2016. The card was paid up and closed and woolworths provides me with a paid up letter. However to date this credit card still appears as open and active on all my credit bureaus. I have logged complaints with woolwrths that now denies involvement and is saying Absa is too blame. Remove this card from all my credit bureaus immediately
