Bad service

My wife is 9 months pregnant, booked off on bedrest but unfortunately we needed a bank stamp for uif etc. On month end there is only one clerk and one consultant. Especially arrived early and still had to stand in row for 1 hour without anyone assisting after being 2nd in row another consultant arrived and tried to assist just to find out the previous visit to rectify changes on new surname because of marriage 8 years ago were never made. Why the previous consultant could not assist after i had to ask for assistance i dont know. Luckily i had the documents with me. Still waited another hour. No priority for elderly, disabled or pregnant people. I thought I am paying all the more bank costs for service, maybe time to go for a cheaper bank for same service or maybe better
