Bad service

Hi have been struggling to get a hold of Mrs de toit at absa home loans sins last week Thursday I logged a complaint with actionline. Absa listed me bond at the credit bureaus as 1 month in behind when I I'm 1 month ahead everyday I have phone actionline and no one gets back to you in the mean time I'm credit record reflects badly and I need I letter from them rectifying this. Why does absa have I actionline because they don't attend to there complaints.
