Bad service

They are very slow they just don't care about customers. 2 consultants didn't have anyone they were assisting while we were waiting on the que. If they were busy with something else on their computers they never should have sit where we could see them because to us customers it was as if they didn't care.

As a customer I expect efficient service I don't expect to see a consultant sitting next to me doing nothing pretending to be busy on their computer.
