Bad service

Writing this complaint on behalf of my mom.

A consultant with the name Terrence, just put the phone down in my mom's ear. This was after he asked what the problem was that she was having.

This is truly and utterly ridiculous, how can you work as an consultant and be this rude to a CUSTOMER who needs assistance?!
