Bad service

I've very disappointed in the service I've received from Absa in connection with my credit card application. I app**** last year for a credit card in November and haven't received any feedback whatsoever on whether it was approved or declined. <br> I've been sending emails and even called in to ask if there was anything wrong with my application. I was told its with the processing department and will be alert or contacted if they need anything. Till this day I haven't heard anything and to get such treatment from an institution I bank with? wow
