Bad Service

I am so dissapointed and I will be going back to Italy to finalize my studies. I have a serious problem which made me to terminate my studies before it ends just to come and settle the matter that needed ABSA to attend. All what I got was the below email which was send by Karin: From: *** Date: Wed, Apr 14, 2021, 7:14 AM To: *** Subject: For[21/‪02-***‬] Your ref:Our ref: For[21/‪02-***‬] Your ref:Our ref: For[21/‪02-***‬]

Dear Ms Sitoe,

YOUR COMPLAINT AGAINST ABSA - Formal

We hereby inform you that your Bank has requested an extension of the response date of your complaint until 21 April 2021.

The said request for an extension has been granted in line with Clause 1.3(h) of the Terms of Reference, as determined by the Ombudsman for Banking Services Board.

We will, however, keep you informed of any further developments.

This is what I always get.

I tried to contact a lady by the name of (Dephne Le Grange and she also do the same) that I was dealing with before they play hide and sick and I feel now I have to take the matter further.

Thank you

R. Sitoe
