Bad service
My mom has been requesting a paid up letter since December 2021. My mom goes to the branch every every 7 working days and every 7 working day there’s one story after another. This is holding my mother back as this reflects badly on her credit score. What is the problem with just issuing a paid up letter of a debit she paid more than 3 years ago.
