Bad service

i went to the absa branch at Braam Fischer in bloemfontein when i got there the branch was closed the cleaner said the lady went to the bathroom so i waited for 15min i asked again then they told me she went on lunch. so i stood there for a full hour without no one assisting me. there wasnt even a sign on the door????what i dont understand is how come there is to work stations but only one teller because if u guys had two tellers this wouldnt have happened thats very very poor of absa...so i left with no one assisting me#Highly disappointed
