Bad service

My Husband accidently paid money into a wrong bank account on the 30th April 2020. We immediately went to Absa Southgate branch to get the money reversed one of the consultants rudely told us that she cannot help as and that its not her problem gave us an email address and told us to go and email our query. I tried calling the contact no on the proof of payment waited for someone to answer the call for over two hours with no answer at all. Went back to Absa on 04 May 2020 this time to The Glen sopping centre waited in a very long line the consultant told me that reversals are not done at the branch but she called their call centre to assist me again waited for an hour for someone to answer the call and eventually someone did answer. The call centre lady told me to send an email and someone will get back to me within a weeks time. I find this ridiculers that no one in Absa can assist we get charged so much banking fees foe what if you have a problem than you get treated as if you been done a favour yes that was our fault but why can a person not get any assistance from Absa. I would like some to contact us Asap so that we can get this money back into our account

I do not understand if Absa send me an email stating that it takes up to 2 months to get the money transfered back into our account. No body called we just received an email. Absa is such an unfriendly bank. We busy sortng it out with the company ourselves thank you for nothing.
