Bad service

Bad experience mom who was in a wheelchair to wait on a queue and ended up not being helped because she couldn’t wait on Saturday we had to leave and the as she was in pain consultant didn’t even show empathy just opened the door..it was so painful to come all the way with a sick person and going home not even getting the assistance 😭😭😢💔
