Bad service

I visited absa thambani mall I got horrible experience I que for 2hrs when I get in I was being sent from Pilar to post no onboarding was done consulted decided to open 29 pricing option without even asking me again they still can't down grade the account in fact what I wanted is not even done which was western union they even closed because they wasted ted my time while I visited the branch in time, I really wasted my time which is precious as gold?????????????????????
