Bad Service
Very dissapointed in Absa life insurance. They have well exceed their 15 day turnaround time for payout. Everytime we follow up there is an excuse of an error in the system or they will discuss with the manager for a manual payment. We are still waiting. We are relying on the payout to pay bills. This is a disgrace!!!!!!
