Bad service

On Tuesday 06/02/2023 I visited the branch to enquire about how I must pack the coins and they told me that I must put it in R2000 per bag, and I did as I was instructed but on Wednesday 07/02/2022 when I arrived at the bank Tetelo who is a cashier refuse to help me and her manage also mentioned that they are not going to help me. And I must leave her branch if I don’t re-pack the money. The is no professionalism and courtesy in this bank
