I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter on the 26th of February after sending numerous emails for months to Absa. On the 28th a Daphne Le Grange contacted me regarding my complaint on Hello Peter, told me to send her a mail directly so that she can attend to my issue.

I immediately send the email to her. Till today, I have not heart anything from her or Absa regarding my issue, not even an email to say that they received my mail and will get back to me before the end of the year (hopefully).
