Bad service
I've been having a problem with ABSA bank, what i want to know is , i have closed my account in December, but when i went to the bank its still open, please tell me where am i going to get another R1000 to close it. Well im not going to do that i want my account closed its been long, even worse i was promised a phone call by a Manager up until today no phone call from her, really this is not on at all, please resolve this problem as it causing to much stress for me. Im not happy at all.
