Bad service
I emailed my banker to request her to order me a bank card on the 30th of January and she told me that I need to be in the branch for that... My question is what’s the reason for ordering a card inside a branch, 2 days later I requested her to ask the branch manager from Cresta branch to call me. Still up to this day I haven’t received a call from her or him..

18 Feb 2019, 19:00No wonder Absa is loosing so many clients cause you don’t know anything about customer centricity this time you should be concentrating on retaining your existing customers (premium account holder) not loosing them due to poor customer service that was given to me by (kgomotso) Cresta Branch Manager who promised to call me back in 30 minutes after I had lodged a complain here, I’m just wondering when did 30 minutes become 5days. Will I ever get my issue resolved or should I move my account to another financial institution. Maybe they would value the revenue I bring to them.
