Dear Absa
my name is lindiwe nxumalo , ACCOUNT NU ********** 8. I printed the credit report . i m so very disappointed that ABSA does not updated my status at the ITC . The report still shows current balance R59979.00 , so this tell me the last time you updated the ITC it was in September 2019.
please update my information at ITC , WITH THE CORRECT AMOUNTS . ( URGENTLY )
