Bad Service

All I have to say is never invest your money with th(AIMS) all Absa is interested in is taking the money and receiving the interest no one cares to contact you or adivse you as what is going on with your money. I had no option but to leave my pension fund with Absa because that is the bank my company invested it with. I am now unemployed and need my money to pay my bills and you think I can get my money from Absa, I do not have much air time on my mobile but had to use it all up to call their call centre that keeps you hanging on only for them to tell you that they are checking on the paper work and will come back to me since the 4th September 2015, I've been trying to get a portion of the money paid out to me, I was told it should take 10 days it is now 23 days I phoned them again today and they tell me my claim is pending due to incomplete paperwork, which was not communicated to me other than today, I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager and the phone suddenly got cut off. This is my money I am unemployed and need to pay my bills ABSA PLEASE RELEASE MY MONEY!!!
