Bad Service
On 30/11/2018 my internet account was hacked at07h57.I phoned Absa who could not explain or stop cash send although I did not add beneficiary.There reply I must sent forms and open police case which I did. On 7/12/2018 I received tel. call they finished investigation. Still no feed back or money back in my account.Called Absa ***** today and the lady wants to know from me what the report said. I told her I do not work work Absa. Can somebody in charge at Absa please phone me or do they want me to close my account?
