Bad service

Worst experience ever consultant are rude and combative never will to assist. I called Absa made a transaction but deducted more than I except and agreed on I ask ABSA my bank to reverse the payment they told me they can’t do that they didn’t give me options that are available to me after hearing my situation. Worse they sent me around I asked for the Terence they told me there are no reference numbers for calls
