I have tried now for 6 months to have my Surname changed on my profile by this bank and yet nothing has changed. I do not have a proof of address in my new surname hence the fact that i am trying to have this changed in order to have a proof of address in my married surname.

I am very happy with this type of service everytime its the same story, my life is basically on hold because not have a proof of address in the same surname as my ID
