Bad service

Absa is busy advertising how African they want to be but promote ********** activities happen using their bank by not acting on ***** reports from their own customers. I reported ***** with absa about 2 months ago but they haven't even assigned my case to any of their investigators till today two months later. My case number is case: ********** . I haven't gotten any response and every time I call they don't have any update on the case, they haven't even started investigating the case, which makes me wonder if absa also benefits from these **********
