BAD SERVICE
I went for a replacement card as the ABSA ATM in Blackheath at the Engene Garage retained my card, I must pay R140, really. I didnt loose my card it was retained by your ATM.I changed my address with ABSA in February 2018 when i went for proof of address now it has changed to the old address. I told the very same consultant i changed it with at the time i changed it with her in February. She tells me that i must bring proof of address again. Useless ABSA Mowbray. you really waist my time.
