Bad Service
Yesterday my vehicle had slide off the road and into an embankment. I am insured with Absa idirect.
I had called them in assisting me with roadside assistance. They were really unhelpful and did not send out a tow truck to help me.
They had given different reasons as to why they cannot send out assistance. I pay a premium and think I deserve assistance when required.
It's my first time with Absa idirect but I'm really disappointed with their service.
