bad service

last week on the 28th tried to withdraw from my account but it gave me a error that i couldn't withdraw so went to balfourpark absa where i first met a lady that was rude at the door that made me think of closing my account with absa but i told her i still want to go inside and ask someone to help that is where i found a friendly lady named Violet Letsoalo she really helped me if it wasn't for her i would have closed my account and move to another bank so abasa pls keep that lady she's very helpful
