Bad Service

I app**** for a credit card via the website and it was approved. I emailed through documents and have called numerous times and it always escalated, but I don't get a response. its been weeks now and everytime i call, the consultant replies its on the system and they will provide feedback within 48hrs and 24 hrs but to date I have not received feedback, sms email or anything other form of contact.
