bad service
please help last year i took a loan at Absa bank (kwaZulu-Natal ,Durban , Smith Street 4001), and on january i did a top up, the money i agreed on to be deduted is R3175.00 thats okey then february the dedution changed to R3581.11 and i went to the bank they said they will send a letter to cancel the insurance of the loan which i didnt know about and didnt agree upon it, March again it deduted R3581.11 i went to the bank again and i was told that i wont get my money back it wont be reversed. i never agreed to R3581.11 ,i even have the letter that was sent to the loan company on february but no help as yet.
