Bad service
My mother passed away on the 5th of March and since then I have been battling to try and stop her credit cards and savings account. I was told I have to go to the supreme court in JHB or PTA to get a letter of executive ship in order to do this. I am disabled and cannot go there. All I want to do is stop the accounts. I am very annoyed by this and no one seems to be able to help, if they even answer their telephones.
