Bad Customer Service

I app**** online for a cheque account and received an email " Thank you for your application. An Absa consultant will contact you shortly to process your account. Product Monthly Price Gold Account 105.00 eStatements 0.00 Online Banking 0.00 NotifyMe 0.00 If you have any questions about your account, please contact us on ***" I called the number and the stupid consultant I spoke to said I failed the verification process as to where I provided Absa with the updated details yesterday when I app**** online and she just kept saying I need to go into an Absa branch and I'm trying to explain I uploaded documents and she said it works on a email system. Why do you offer online services if I need to go into the branch? Could have gone to the branch in the 1st place. If my experience is like this then I will not go ahead with Absa.
