Bad service

Good day.. I'm not happy at all with absa service even the nigel branch service is absolutely bad... They promise to phone back... They don't come to you and they are easy to over charge on your credit card debts and they don't fix the mistakes... At this point I'm really feed up with absa...

I don't like to shame people but I'm on the point to close my account with them after all this year's
