Bad service

Absa what a useless bank!!

Im waiting for a refund from Absa bank that was supposed to take 5 working days Its been two weeks later and im still waiting for feedback or the refund. I called Absa bank on day 6 to find out what the hell instead they intentionally cut my calls because they don't have answers. With Nedbank they also had to refund me not long ago and i received payment without 3 working days after sending one email to them
