Bad Service

I am furious. I paid my credit card off and closed it about a month ago. They did not close my account nor send me my letter of closure and when I did a credit check it shows I still have the the full amount outstanding on my credit card that I paid off. <br> <br> About two months ago I wrote on halopeter about an incident where absa refused to withdraw a loan they that they did not pay out and the bad service i recieved from them. After numerous complaints they assured me this issue had been addressed and the loan is off my name. I am furious because when i went for my credit check absa still did not remove this loan. This lack of work done on their side is delaying my hole process in getting my loan approved for a house.
